Adult Yoga with Beth

Adult Yoga
This one and a half hour yoga class will synchronize breathe and movement to create a 'flow' from one pose into the next. Students will be lead through a warm-up and into standing asanas, finishing with seated poses before finding savasana and relaxation. This is an open level class; your teacher will offer modifications and variations to create a suitable environment for everyone. Students can expect to increase strength and flexibility, and leave feeling peaceful, rejuvenated, and free of stress.

Classes will be taught by Beth Bartell.  Beth is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor.  She has been teaching yoga for over 24 years including Yoga for Better Backs and Yoga for MS. She will be happy to help you modify the program for your specific needs.
